"I have a very small number of books on gems and minerals in inventory (nothing very special, but decent useable stuff). Let me know if you might be interested, and I will quote them to you, with a reciprocal break on the price!"

"Hello there:
I really like your site, but I am looking for something that I don't see: I have a 30 lb. cetrine, and I would like to put it on a lightbox. Do you have light boxes that are about one foot wide x 8" deep, or do you know where I could get such a thing?
Thank you,..."

"Hello
I'm looking for some jade to accent an antique Chinese chair that my father bought. I was wondering if you could help me out. The piece that I am looking for makes a square border around a carving in the back of the chair. I do not have th dimensions with me but I can easily get them. If you could reply to StefanKudek@insaneclownposse.com I would appreciate it. Thanks."

"Well, I'm really starting to get into this stuff. I need suggestions about what I need to order for equipment/refrence material, etc. Remember, I'm a novice.."

"I am wanting to put together an order and phone in the order and use my credit card. Also I might have some other people go in on the order as well. We are bunch of geology majors in Missouri. "

"Dear Jack:
I'm dropping you a note to inquire if you're interested in selling any of my books on a drop ship basis. As you know I've written a number of books and have availablel at $XX retail the following titles:
Master Gemcutting Tips
Master Gem Polishing
Making Profits in Lapidary
Master Faceting (these are hardcovered with slight printing imperfections and only a few remain.)
The books sell for $XX retail. You offer them in your promotions, deduct XX% book commission on each sale, enclose the balance and the address with $X.XX s/h to me and I will ship to your customer with your name on the return address.
As you may or may not know, bad health forced me into retirement after running a publishing business and the American Society of Gemcutters for years . I recently moved here to Florida and I'm now arranging to sell off the remaining inventory of my books.
If you're at all interested, drop me an e-mail and I'll get back in touch.
Sincerely,
Gerald L. Wykoff GG CSM"

"Dear Mr. Jack,
I am doing a report for my class at St. John's School.
I am wondering if you can tell me how much one carat of topaz would cost.

Dear sirs;
I am an opal cutter located in Palm Springs, California.
I visited your excellent, opal related website and have taken the liberty of linking to it.
My site has been online for less than a month now and has not yet been indexed. Contingent upon your review, I will greatly appreciate a reciprocal link.
Respectfully,..."

"Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I just visited your Web pages and found it very enjoying.
I would like to know if you would ship to Gemany(Europe)?
If you do, what additional costs (shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, customs) do I have to expect for getting the goods to Germany and what payment method is your preferred one (I have a VISA card) ?
I would be very glad hearing from you soon."
Jochen K.--Aachen, Germany--September 28, 1998

I recently purchased a Rock Tumber, Tumble Gem, by GEMACO, model TG4. Can you tell me if this company is still in business and, if so, at what address? This was purchased at a garage sale so I have no idea how old it is. The address on the machine is P.O. Box 4409, Minneapolis, MN. 55421. I cannot find this company in the yellow pages on the Internet. I need a manual for this tumbler. Any information that you may be able to provide will be greatly appreciated. We are just getting into the rock tumbling hobby. I have printed the directions for tumbling from your website.
Thanks so much,
Kindest Regards,..."

"Jack,
Thank you for your reply with regards to my inquiry and interest in a "tanzanite". This gives me reasons to consider your gems."
D.L.S.--September 19, 1998

Hello,
I was hoping you could help me. I found your web-site a while back when my daughter (9 years old) starting collecting rocks. We have been going to gem shows and she is really interested. I told her I would buy her a rock tumbler for Christmas. I hope I didn't tell her wrong, but I thought you could tumble regular rocks in it and have them come out pretty and shiny.
Anyway, it's getting close to Christmas and I would like to order everything from your company. Please tell us what we need to start out. (Tumbler, rough, etc....) Keep in mind she is young and just starting out, so something simple.
Please email me your response. Thank you.
