GemWorld can provide you with:

TITAN
"Titan" is a trademark of Diamond Pacific Tool Corporation

The Titan is an all-diamond top performing, rugged, heavy duty gem maker that is quite convenient and will provide lasting service.

Titan Starting from the left side it has:

1. An 80 grit 7-5/8" x 1-1/2" Galaxy Metal Bond diamond wheel for rough grinding.

2. A 220 grit 7-5/8" x 1-1/2" Galaxy Wheel for final shaping and removing scratches left from the 80 grit wheel.

3. A 280 grit 7-5/8" x 2" Nova Resin Bond wheel for sanding and removing scratches from the metal bond wheels.

4. A 600 grit 7-5/8" x 2" Nova Wheel for pre-polish.

5. A 1200 grit 7-5/8" x 2" Nova Wheel for pre-polish.

6. A 14,000 grit 7-5/8" x 2" Nova Wheel for final polish.

The diamonds in the Galaxy metal-bond grinding wheels are plated on a steel rim with a hard, heat treated nickel alloy. You will appreciate their smooth, true-running surface, the fact that they never need dressing, and their fast, cool cutting speed.

The Nova resin-bond sanding and polishing wheels will outperform any other method available. The Novas are permanently charged with diamond that’s embedded within a tough, flexible plastic resin and backed by a thick, sponge rubber backing. This soft, flexible construction enables the surface of the Nova wheel to conform to your stone, eliminating flat spots and scratches so difficult to remove with other methods of polishing.

The Titan comes complete. It has a double pump Spray-Mist coolant system. Includes a ¾ HP, 1800 RPM, 115/230V industrial rated motor on a 16" x 42" Formica baseboard, cast aluminum quick change hoods and pans, two 24" flex stem lamps, one 5-1/2" treated canvas pad, cab rest, two grams 50,000 diamond polishing compound, set of two splash guards, sample bottle Water Aide, and a manual. Safety glasses are also included and must be worn when operating this machine.
