These 2mm-thick light-weight aluminum disks (laps) have multiple layers of friable synthetic diamonds contained within a proprietary color-coded resin matrix securely bonded to the top of the lap. The color coding meets the desires of professionals and amateurs alike for easy identification of grit size. The special bonding process virtually eliminates the possibility of any peeling separation of the matrix from the disk. These disks come highly recommended because they provide lightness, rigidity, precision, and superior economy.
